Speaking Opportunities

🎤 Potato Talks on the Expo Stage 

Share high-impact ideas in a dynamic presentation format. 

  • 20-minute presentation followed by 10 minutes of one-on-one Q&A 
  • Single speaker or panel (maximum of three participants, including moderator) 
  • Deliver concise, high-impact presentations that energize and engage the audience 
  • Expo Stage, located in the center of the Expo Hall

💬 Breakout Panel Discussions 

Lead meaningful conversations on today’s most important industry topics. 

  • 30–40-minute session 
  • Panel format (up to four participants, including moderator) 
  • Explore topics such as production, consumer insights, research, labor, trade, policy, and technology 
  • Theater-style breakout room accessible from the Expo Hall

📈 Single Speaker Breakout Sessions 

Deliver deeper insights and practical knowledge to attendees. 

  • 20–30-minute session, including Q&A 
  • Single speaker 
  • Deliver in-depth insights on production, consumer trends, research, labor, trade, policy, or technology 
  • Theater-style breakout room accessible from the Expo Hall

📅 Proposal Submission Deadline: September 10 

📢 Selected Participants Notified: October 9 

What’s Needed for a Submission

  • Category
  • Title (No longer than 12 words)
  • Promotional Description (100–150-word description of session to be used in promotional materials)
  • Speaker(s) and/or panelists. Sessions will not be accepted if any moderators or speakers are TBD.
  • Prior to submitting a session, all speakers and/or moderators must be notified and confirmation received they are available to present, if accepted.
  • All speakers/panelists are responsible for registering for Potato Expo and travel-related expenses.
