Cancellation Policy
All Attendee registration cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing/email and received by December 19, 2025. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for registration cancellation requests received after December 19, 2025. Submit all requests to Potato Expo Registration via email at questions@potato-expo.com. The Potato Expo regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
Liability Clause
I agree to follow all NPC/Potato Expo Rules and Regulations and assume without exception, all risks associated with, resulting from, or arising in connection with, attendance at the Event and/or participation in Event-related activities, including, without limitation, all risks of theft, loss, harm, damage, illness or sickness (including those caused by infectious or communicable disease such as COVID-19, H1N1, or other illness or sickness caused by viruses), or injury to the person (including death), whether caused by negligence, intentional act, accident, act of God, or otherwise, and whether occurring before, during or after the Event, as the case may be. I agree that NPC, its respective successors, assigns, agents, officers, directors, members, contractors or employees shall not be liable for illness, sickness or injuries to the person (including death) resulting from, occurring at or arising out of the Event or any Event-related activities, including transportation services provided by or arranged by NPC, or for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages; and releases and discharges such persons and entities from, and covenants not to sue such persons and entities with respect to, any and all risks, injuries, losses, damages and liabilities described herein.
Use of Photographic Images
NPC/Potato Expo may take photos, video, and audio recordings of attendees/exhibitors throughout the conference. These materials are for NPC/Potato Expo use only and may appear on the NPC/Potato Expo website, newsletter, conference brochures, social media outlets, or other future NPC/Potato Expo promotional material. By virtue of your attendance, you agree to usage of your likeness in such media.
